Welcome to the ticket area ("Ticket Area") of the official website of
The Rangers Football Club (the "Club"). The Ticket Area is operated by
Advanced Ticketing (One Advanced Ltd) on behalf of the Club.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU USE THE TICKET AREA:
In using the Ticket Area, you agree
to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions").
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should exit the
Ticket Area now.
If you make an online ticket
purchase within the Ticket Area you will, in addition, be subject to the
Ticket Purchase Policy and the Ticket
Use Policy below.
The Privacy
Policy also forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Amending the Terms and Conditions
The Club reserves the right to
change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and your use of the
Ticket Area following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance
of such change.
2. Use of the Ticket Area
The contents and materials in this
Ticket Area and the software used to provide this Ticket Area are the
property of, or are under licence to, the Club. You acknowledge that you
are only entitled to use this Ticket Area for personal purposes and to
purchase tickets. You will not use the Ticket Area for any commercial
purpose or gain without the prior written consent of the Club.
3. Links to other websites
The Ticket Area may contain links to
third party websites. These third party websites are beyond the control
of the Club and the Club does not accept any responsibility for the
content of third party websites nor for any transactions that you may
make on any third party websites. Your use of third party websites, and
any resultant transactions, will be subject to separate terms and
conditions of use.
4. Links to the Site
You must not create a link (of
whatsoever nature) to the Ticket Area without the prior written consent
of the Club. Consent to the creation of a link to the Ticket Area from
the Club should not be taken to be either express or implied consent to
use any of the content or materials that appear in the Ticket Area.
Separate written consent from the Club is required before you may use
any of the content or materials that appear in the Ticket Area for
whatever purpose.
5. Copyright
All materials and content appearing
in the Ticket Area are copyright to the Club or its licensors and are
protected under copyright laws throughout the world. Save as is set out
below, copying or reproduction of all or part of the materials or
content appearing in the Ticket Area is prohibited.
Permission is granted:
- to download the materials and
content contained on this Ticket Area to a single personal computer
and to print a hard copy of such materials and content solely for
personal, non-commercial use;
- to copy extracts of texts from
news articles that appear on the Site (excluding without limitation
photographs, illustrations, logos, match reports, match statistics,
and audio and video materials) for non-commercial supply, in text
format only, to individual third parties for their personal, non
commercial use, but only if:
- you acknowledge the Ticket
Area as the source of the extract;
- you inform the third party
that these Terms and Conditions apply to him/her and that he/she
must comply with them; and
- You reproduce the extracted
material in complete and unmodified form and, if the supply by you
of the extract is via the internet, that you do not frame the
extract within your own website.
For the purposes of these Terms and
Conditions, non-commercial supply or use shall mean that neither you nor
any third party may charge for viewing any materials that have been
downloaded or copied from this Ticket Area, and that neither you nor any
third party can use any materials from this Ticket Area to attract
others to buy goods or services.
6. Trade Marks
The trade or service marks used in
the Ticket Area are the property of, or are under written licence to,
the Club. Trade or service marks used in the Ticket Area may be not be
used or reproduced without the written permission of the Club.
7. Suspension or termination of your
use of the Ticket Area
The Club may suspend or terminate
your access to or use of the Ticket Area if, in its sole discretion, you
are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions. In addition, the
Club may suspend or terminate your access to or use of the Ticket Area
if you are found to be in breach of any of the obligations placed on you
under the Ticket Use Policy. The Club reserves the
right to pursue any and all legal remedies available to it in order to
enforce such suspension or termination.
8. Reservation of Rights
The Club reserves the right to
suspend all or any of the services offered through the Ticket Area or
access to the Ticket Area itself for technical, legal or regulatory
reasons. Wherever possible, the Club will provide notice of such
matters.
9. Interruption to Service
The user accepts that computer and
telecommunication services are not fault free and may experience or
require occasional period of downtime (during which some or all of the
services offered through the Ticket Area will not be available) whether
for repair, maintenance, upgrading or otherwise, and the Club cannot
guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users shall have no claims
whatsoever in respect of any such period of non-availability.
10. Indemnity
You agree at all times to indemnify
and keep indemnified the Club against all losses, damages, costs or
expenses and other liabilities (including legal fees) incurred by,
awarded against or agreed to be paid by the Club arising from your use
of the Ticket Area (including the creation of a link to the Ticket Area
or the introduction of content or material to this Ticket Area).
11. Disclaimer
The Club is not responsible for any
material or content included on the Ticket Area by any third party. The
Club makes no representations or warranties that the material or content
contained on or accessible via the Ticket Area is accurate, complete or
current or that use of the Ticket Area is free from defects including
but not limited to viruses or other harmful elements.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent possible under
the law and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Club shall not be
liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental,
special or punitive damages or loss or profits, business or anticipated
savings or loss of or corruption of data whatsoever, even if the Club
has been advised of the possibility of such damages or loss. This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under law.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be
governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, Scottish law.
Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
This ticket purchase policy ("Ticket
Purchase Policy") governs the online purchase of tickets from the Ticket
Area.
If you make online purchases of
tickets you will, in addition, be subject to the Ticket
Use Policy/Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THE TICKET AREA.
Form of Undertaking
I acknowledge that in applying for
this ticket, and as a condition of any tickets or tickets being issued
to me, I am aware of, endorse and will comply in all respects with
Article 14 of UEFA's disciplinary regulations on racism and other
discriminatory conduct.
I shall not indulge in behaviour
which insults the human dignity of a person or group of persons on
whatever grounds, including skin colour, race, religion, ethnic origin,
gender or sexual orientation and shall not sing any words that could be
construed as having that effect.
Any song that includes abusive
language that is directed at any persons or groups within the above
categories would breach this undertaking regardless of the word or words
used to describe such person or groups and whether or not it can be
argued that the word has some other meaning.
I acknowledge that any breach of
this undertaking will result in my being denied tickets for all future
matches involving Rangers Football Club and that any tickets that I have
already purchased will be cancelled.
1. Purchasing your tickets online
Tickets may be purchased in the
Ticket Area by clicking on the Purchase Tickets link and by selecting
the tickets you want to purchase. At this point the tickets will be
entered into a "Shopping Basket". You may return to purchase other
matches by clicking on the "Other Matches" button when in your Shopping
Basket. When you have selected all of the tickets you wish to purchase,
you may click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. At this point you will
be asked to insert financial information. Information that is required
for the order to proceed will be clearly identified. You may also be
asked for additional information as part of this process. Please ensure
that you have read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for this
Ticket Area before entering any information. Once you have inserted all
the required information you will be asked to confirm whether to
"Purchase" or go "Back" the order by clicking the appropriate button.
Where your order is accepted, this will be confirmed on-screen. In
addition you will be provided with a confirmation number. Please keep a
record of this confirmation number. If your order is not accepted
because the information that you have inserted is incomplete or
incorrect, you may be asked to re-enter the required information. Please
note that the online ticket purchasing system is only able to recognise
information provided in English and may reject characters or words
provided in other characters or languages. Once this has been entered
you will again be asked if you wish to "Purchase" or go "Back". Once you
have clicked on the "Purchase" button you will be unable to cancel the
order. If your order is not accepted because the payment was not
authorised, you may be asked to enter details of an alternative method
of payment. Once this has been entered you will again be asked if you

accepted for any other reason, your order will automatically cancel and
you will not be charged for the transaction. You may monitor the

2. Ticket Prices
Ticket prices for different matches
will be identified in the Ticket Area. Please note that these prices are
shown exclusive of any postal of delivery charges that may apply if you
wish the tickets to be sent to you. We can only send your tickets to the
registered address of the credit or debit card used to purchase the
ticket online. Ticket prices will vary from game to game. Discounts may
also be available for people under the age of 18 and over the age of 65.
Please note that you may be required to prove your age on entry to Ibrox
Stadium if you purchase a discounted ticket. If you are unable to prove
your age you may not be permitted entry to Ibrox Stadium with a
discounted ticket. Please contact us at the address below if you have

Policy") governs the use of tickets purchased online from the Ticket
Area.

- Ticket (smartcard) holders and or
purchasers of tickets will be responsible for compliance and
observance with this Ticket Use Policy / terms and conditions and with
any ground regulations governing persons entering, present at or
leaving Ibrox Stadium (the "Stadium") as may be specified by Rangers
(the "Club") from time to time. Misconduct of the ticket holder or
nominee, failing to adhere to this Ticket Use Policy or acting in a
manner which the Club considers is detrimental to its interests or is
likely in the reasonable opinion of the Club to bring football or the
Club into disrepute shall permit the Club to confiscate or forfeit (in
each case without compensation) the ticket, to prevent access to the
Stadium for the fixture in question and/or to ban the ticket holder
from attending future matches or other events at the Stadium for such
time as the Club deems appropriate.
- The club reserves the right both
to refuse any person admission to the Stadium and to eject from the
Stadium any person:
- who fails to comply with the
Ticket Terms and Conditions;
- who does not produce a valid
ticket on request;
- who holds a ticket in breach
of paragraph 7 below;
- is to be or has been the
subject of any dealing in tickets in contravention of the
provisions of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 or any
other relevant legislation or where there are reasonable grounds
to suspect such dealings whether in a public place, on the
Internet (through unauthorised ticket brokers, auction sites or
otherwise) or through any other media whether now or hereafter
developed; or
- whose presence within the
Stadium may be a source of danger, nuisance, or annoyance or
otherwise give rise to concerns in relation to the safety and
security arrangements for the football match concerned, including
excessive noise, the use of foul, obscene, sectarian, abusive or
racist language and the throwing of any object which might injure
or cause damage to people or property;
- The Club will not tolerate
any form of bigotry, racism or inappropriate behaviour arising
from all forms of prejudice.
- who fails to comply with
instructions from a police officer or Rangers' steward, including
refusal to be searched by a police officer or Rangers' steward;
- who is in possession of any
article which may be used as a weapon or missile which includes
but is not limited to flares and smoke bombs, or any bottle, can
or tin;
- who appears to be under the
influence of alcohol and/or drugs;
- who is suspected of
committing, or being likely to commit, or having committed a
criminal offence within the Stadium;
- who enters an area prohibited
to the ticket holder or damages, interferes with or tampers with
club property; or
- who stands on a seat, in a
seated area persistently, in a gangway or climbs over any fences
or other structures without express permission,
- All football match tickets are
issued subject to (i) these terms and conditions (as the same may be
amended, varied or changed from time to time), (ii) the rules and
regulations from time to time of FIFA, UEFA, The Scottish Football
Association and the Scottish Professional Football League, as the case
may be having regard to the competition in respect of which tickets
are offered for sale, (iii) any ground regulations governing persons
entering, present at or leaving the Stadium (as such regulations may
be specified and amended, varied or changed by the Club from time to
time), and (iv) such additional rules and regulations as The Club may
adopt from time to time, all of which are hereby incorporated into the
terms and conditions of the issuance of a ticket and called
collectively the "Ticket Terms and Conditions".
- If the football match to which a
ticket relates is postponed or abandoned for any reason, the ticket
shall remain valid for the rearranged football match. Any person who
does not wish to, or who cannot, attend the rearranged football match
shall be entitled to a refund, in the case of a postponement of the
football match of the face value of the ticket concerned and in the
case of the abandonment of the football match after the football match
has commenced such sum as shall be determined by The Club, acting
reasonably. Refunds will only be considered if The Club has received
an application for a refund within [14] days of the announcement of
the rearranged football match. All applications for, and
correspondence in relation to, refunds must be made in writing and
addressed to Rangers Ticket Centre, 150 Edmiston Drive, Glasgow G51
2XD and in the case of applications, must be accompanied by the
relevant ticket stub from the original football match. The ticket
holder must supply their full name and address in block capital
letters to allow the refund to be made. Refunds will usually be made
within 28 days of receipt of application. In no circumstances shall
The Club be liable to reimburse or pay any other sums to any persons
in connection with a postponed or abandoned football match.
- In the event of a ticket being
lost, damaged or misplaced, the Club is under no obligation to provide
a duplicate.
- The purchase of a ticket
constitutes an acceptance by the purchaser of, and an undertaking to
be bound by and to observe, the Ticket Terms and Conditions and Ticket
Use Policy.
- The onward sale of any tickets at
more than face value for whatever reason is strictly prohibited. When
purchasing the ticket, you will inform the new holder that they are
subject to this ticket use policy. A ticket shall become void and
shall confer no right of entry to the Stadium nor any entitlement to a
refund where The Club has reason to believe that it:
- is to be or has been the
subject of any dealing in tickets in contravention of the
provisions of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 or any
other relevant legislation or where there are reasonable grounds
to suspect such dealings whether in a public place, on the
Internet (through unauthorised ticket brokers, auction sites or
otherwise) or through any other media whether now or hereafter
developed; or
- is to be or has been sold to
another person at a higher price than its face value; or
- is to be or has been used as
a prize in a lottery, competition or for any other promotional or
advertising purpose unless expressly authorised in writing by The
Club, and any ticket obtained in breach of this paragraph 11 shall
be void and The Club shall have the right to confiscate any such
ticket, to deny access to the bearer of that ticket or to eject
anyone who has used that ticket to gain access, all without any
obligation to refund the purchase price to the purchaser.
- For the avoidance of any
doubt (and by way of an example)tickets may not be offered as a
prize in any promotion or competition or transferred, lent or sold
to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package, or
used for any other commercial purpose, save as expressly
authorised by The Rangers Football Club.
- Entrance to the Stadium is
permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket, which should be
retained until the football match in question has been played to a
conclusion. In addition, upon request, proof of identity with valid
photograph and signature will be required. Juvenile tickets are valid
for those under 16 years old, and concession tickets are valid for
those over 65 years old, as at 1 August (where August is the 1st month
of the season)
- The ticket gives access only to
the seat and area indicated on the ticket and not to any other seat or
area of the Stadium, however the Club reserves the right to
re-allocate the ticket holder to any other seats in the Stadium at any
time.
- In the event of a ticket being
lost, damaged or misplaced, the Club is under no obligation to provide
a duplicate.
- No person (other than the holder
of a valid licence granted by The Club or by a football authority with
the Club consent) may bring into, or use within, the Stadium any
equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or
other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any
information or data in relation to a match or the Stadium, other than
mobile phones or like devices for personal, non-commercial use.
- The ticket remains the property
of The Club at all times.
- Rangers excludes to the maximum
extent permitted by the law any liability for loss, injury or damage
to persons/property in or around the ground (whether or not indirect
or consequential). Nothing in the Ticket Terms and Conditions / Ticket
use policy shall exclude or restrict the Club liability for its own
negligence.
- If this Ticket Use Policy/ Terms
and conditions are not accepted, tickets should not be purchased from
the Ticket Area or should be returned to the Club immediately. The
purchase and/or use of the Ticket will be deemed to constitute
acceptance by the user of this Ticket Use Policy in full.

MATCHDAY HOSPITALITY TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
RANGERS EVENTS / TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Definitions
Client means the party making the
booking
The Club means The Rangers Football Club
Club Event means any event organised by the Club to which these Terms
and Conditions are deemed by the Club to apply
Bookings
1. Bookings will generally be
confirmed on a first come first served basis. The Club reserves the
right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
2. Reservations will only be
confirmed once payment is received in full. Payment in full must be made
at least 30 days prior to the Club Event or else the reservation may be
cancelled by the Club. We do not accept any reservations within 30 days
of the Event.
3. Confirmation which will include a
receipt of payment, if applicable, will be issued as confirmation of the
booking within 10 days of receipt of full payment.
4. Seasonal clients only, may
request to be invoiced. For such bookings, clauses 2 and 3, above, do
not apply. The invoice will serve as confirmation of booking.
5. If relevant to the Club Event,
bookings will either be for a minimum of two seats on a shared table
basis or for whole tables of 10 persons each.
Invitations
6. Invitations and/or final details
will be posted approximately 10 working days prior to the Club Event.
7. Invitations are personal and
shall not be transferred or sold to any other party, unless prior
authorisation from the Club has been
obtained.
Cancellations
8. Any cancellation of a booking or
of a confirmed reservation will be subject to cancellation charges as a
percentage of the ticket price:
8.1. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of a
Club Event are subject to a 50% cancellation charge,
8.2. Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days prior to the date of a
Club Event are subject to a 75% cancellation charge, and
8.3. Cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to the date of a Club
Event are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
Changes
9. The Club will make every effort
to notify Clients of changes to the date, time or venues of Club Events.
However, the Club reserves the right to make such changes without notice
to Clients. In the event of a change, the Club will not be liable for
any additional costs incurred by the client such as travel or
accommodation costs.
10. If the Club cancels a Club Event
or changes the date or venue, Clients will, at the Club's discretion, be
offered tickets to an alternative event or will receive a full refund.
Admission / Conduct
11. Admittance is strictly by
officially sanctioned invitation only and guests will not be permitted
entry until times indicated on invitation. The Club reserves the right
to refuse any admission at their discretion.
12. Clients and their guests are
required to follow location rules and directions from the Club's staff
or representatives.
13. The Club operates a no-smoking
policy throughout its properties.
Other Points
14. The Club is and will not be
liable for loss or damage to any equipment or personal belongings of the
Client or guests of the Client.
15. Children under the age of 18 are
permitted to Club Events, however, must be accompanied by a responsible
adult at all times

SEASON TICKET GENERAL TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE
READ CAREFULLY AND RETAIN FOR YOUR INFORMATION
INFORMATION
You should be aware that in terms of
a protocol with Police Scotland the details of any arrest or detention
occurring in connection
with a football match may be shared with the Club.
Football Banning Orders may be imposed on individuals who infringe these
rules.
Criminal
Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995
WARNING
It is an
offence punishable by law, for any person to enter, or attempt to enter
the ground
- Whist in possession of a
controlled container, which is or was capable of holding liquid and
which if thrown, would be capable of causing injury to another person.
- Whilst in the possession of
alcohol
- Whist drunk
CONDITIONS
- In the event of the game to which
the card admits being postponed or abandoned for any reason the card
will be valid on the rearranged date. A person who does not wish to
attend the rearranged playing of the match shall be entitled to a
refund of the price of the ticket. In the case of postponement an
amount to be determined by the Club acting reasonably in the case of
abandonment after the match has kicked off. In such events the refund
will only be paid when the Club has received an application for a
refund within 14 days of the announcement of the rearranged match. All
applications in relation to refunds must be addressed to the Rangers
Ticket Centre, 150 Edmiston Drive, Glasgow, G51 2XD. The name and
address of the card holder must be supplied in block capitals for a
refund to be given. Please allow 28 days for a refund to be made. In
no circumstances will the Club be liable to reimburse any other
amounts to the cardholder as a result of postponement or abandonment
of the match.
- This card shall constitute an
acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking
of his (her) part to observe them. In the event of any breach of these
conditions the Club reserves the right to cancel this card and retain
the money paid for it.

SEAT SUB TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. Seat Sub applies to all seats for all games included on
your Smartcard where decided by the Club). If you are unable to attend a
match and would like to make your seat available for sale, visit
www.rangers.co.uk/myaccount
2. If you do not attend Ibrox for four consecutive home
first team Scottish Premiership matches and do not respond to the email
messages sent to you by the Club, your Smartcard will be deactivated for
subsequent matches (other than Old Firm matches) unless and until you
reclaim your seat. You can reclaim your seat by emailing
[email protected] up to 48hours before the match or, if within 48 hours
of the match at www.rangers.co.uk/myaccount by logging into your
account, checking the box for the match from which you wish to reclaim your
seat, clicking continue and selecting the appropriate reason and clicking
continue again. To be valid for a forthcoming fixture, your seat must be
reclaimed, and Smartcard reactivated at least 24 hours prior to that
fixture. Where practicable and where the Club has an up to date contact
number, it will seek to contact you by phone before deactivating your smart
card.
3. Where a Smartcard has been deactivated for non-use, the
Club shall endeavour to sell the right to attend Ibrox in the seat
previously allocated to that smartcard prior to each eligible upcoming
fixture and where a sale is achieved your Rangers account will be credited
with up to 75% of the value attributed to that match by Rangers.
4. Once you have submitted your seat for sale for a
specific match, your Smartcard will be deactivated for that game only. If
you later change your mind and wish to attend the fixture for which you have
given up your seat, you may reclaim the seat at www.rangers.co.uk/myaccount
Seat reclaims are subject to time constraints and will only be possible if
the seat has not been sold; there is no charge involved in reclaiming your
seat.
5. If you decide to attend the specified match after your
Season Ticket seat has been sold, you will be required to purchase a match
ticket (subject to availability) at the full price.
6. If you decide to purchase a one-off match ticket in
order to attend the game, you may be required to collect a ticket for the
alternative seat.
7. Your seat will only be put up for public sale once all
non-Season Ticket seats have been sold.
8. You will receive varying amounts of credits to your
Rangers account depending on the category (adult, juvenile concession) of
your season ticket.
9. You can spend credit on your Rangers account on items
purchased directly from Rangers, such as match tickets, Tours, payment for
MYGERS memberships, events at Ibrox Stadium and match programmes. The items
on which credit on your Rangers account can be spent will be as determined

https://tickets.rangers.co.uk. You can select to use the credit on your
Rangers account towards the cost of a Season Ticket for a following Season
but if you want to do so you must complete and return the form issued to you
by Rangers for this purpose. This form will be issued to you by email prior
to the renewal window opening.
10. You cannot specify the sales level at which your seat
will be sold � it will be sold via the normal ticket sales channels.
11. If you purchase your Season Ticket for 2023/24 and
elect to use the credit on your Rangers account towards the payment for that
Season Ticket by advising Rangers to that effect in terms of paragraph 9
above, credits for Season Ticket renewals for season 2023/24 will be
accumulated to the home fixture nearest to 28 February 2024. Credits
accumulated after 28 February 2024 (and including Season 2024/25) will be
credited to your account balance and may be used against Season Ticket
renewals for 2025/26 by advising Rangers to that effect in terms of
paragraph 9 above Please note that to use your credits for the purchase of
Season Tickets you must complete and return to Rangers the form issued to
you by email for this purpose.
12. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to
any new owner of your seat or exchanged for cash. The Club may at its sole
discretion from time to time permit credits to be used to purchase other
Club products direct from the Club. See paragraph 9 above.
13. You may become able to release your seat for resale
for non-Season Ticket matches purchased, e.g. Cup or European games or
Friendlies. The Club will advise further if this option is to be made
available.
14. The Club, in conjunction with the relevant football
authority, reserves the right to alter the published date and /or kick-off
time of any fixture at any time. The Club cannot accept liability for any
expenses incurred even in the event that the match is cancelled.

STADIUM TOURS TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Purchase of a ticket
for the Ibrox Stadium
Tour
signifies agreement to the conditions listed below:
- Please print off or
be prepared to show on your mobile/handheld device your
online confirmation email as this acts as your entry ticket
and
must be presented on arrival. No admittance to the stadium tour will
be permitted without presentation of this confirmation email.
- Please note that no more than 30 tickets can be
purchased online for any one stadium tour. If you require more than
30 tickets, please contact the Tours Department on email [email protected]
- Stadium tour tickets are not for resale. Should
we find any being resold, these will be cancelled immediately, and
no refund given.
- Customers are advised to arrive a minimum of 15
minutes before their stadium tour time, otherwise they may be liable
to miss the tour. If you arrive late for your stadium tour, we
cannot guarantee that we will be able to place you on another
stadium tour, and you will not receive a refund.
- All areas of the stadium are non-smoking.
- Food and drink may not be consumed on the
stadium tour. If
you have a medical condition which requires exemption to this,
please let us know in advance.
- Rangers Football Club does not take
responsibility for loss of personal belongings or valuables whilst
on the premises. Visitors are reminded to keep their belongings with
them at all times. Items of luggage or parcels left unattended may
be removed.
- Rangers Football Club reserves the right to
cancel any stadium tour. In the event of cancellation, any customer
unable to transfer to a suitable alternative will be issued with a
full refund. The Club will not be responsible for any other
compensation.
- Times of stadium tours are subject to
alteration.
- Should you wish to cancel your stadium tour,
please inform a member of the Customer Services team on email [email protected], at least 48 hours prior to your stadium tour
date and time. You will receive a full refund. No refunds can be
given on stadium tours cancelled after 48 hours.
- Children under the age of 16 will not be
admitted to the stadium tour unless accompanied by an adult.
- Children aged 5 and under can attend a stadium
tour for free and a ticket must be obtained at the time of booking.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure your
visit is safe and free from risk of injury, it remains the
responsibility of the visitor to follow the authorised route and
instructions of the guide.
- Visitors must not stray away from the party or
enter areas not designated as part of their tour.
- Visitors requiring additional personal
assistance or adaptation during their visit should ensure that
Rangers Football Club personnel are aware of any needs prior to the
visit. We wish to ensure we can make this experience
as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
- Customers are not permitted on the pitch at any
time and failure to adhere to this will result in being removed from
the tour.
- In the event of unruly behaviour, Rangers
Football Club will have the right to eject customers who are
behaving inappropriately.
- Free parking is available on-site. Rangers
Football Club cannot be held responsible for any damage that might
be sustained to vehicles/loss of contents whilst parked within the
ground or outside.
- Not all areas may be available on the stadium
tour date due to stadium operations.
- We
cannot guarantee the presence of any particular item of memorabilia
to be on display, including trophies.
- Due
to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduced a number of measures to
protect everyones safety. These measures are continuously adapted
based on current guidelines. More information on this can be found
when booking a stadium tour but if you would like further
information in advance, please contact us.
- Stadium tours last approximately 90 minutes.

GROUND REGULATIONS
1.
All
matches are played in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the
Scottish Football Association, The Scottish Professional Football League
and, where applicable, the Regulations of FIFA/UEFA Competitions.
a.
Play
cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or at any
particular time and the Club reserves the right to change or cancel its
advertised fixture without prior notice and without liability.
b.
Tickets
allotted by the Club are issued on the express conditions that no holder
thereof shall sell or transfer same. In the event of any breach of this
condition, the Club reserves the right to cancel the ticket and to
retain the money paid.
c.
In
the event of the match being abandoned after having kicked-off, you may
be entitled to a refund of the cash admission charge paid at the
turnstile in the determination of the Club acting reasonably. Where a
match is commenced but abandoned before the expiry of the first-half
admission arrangements for the rearranged fixture will be issued to
those who attend the abandoned match. These arrangements in cases where
the match is abandoned after the expiry of the first half shall be a
matter for the reasonable discretion of the Club.
d.
In
the event that admission of spectators to matches is curtailed or
prevented by any Governmental or regulatory restriction introduced in
connection with the Covid 19 pandemic or any other pandemic, possession
of a Season Ticket may not entitle the holder of a Season Ticket to
entry to matches. In this event, the Club shall endeavour to provide
access to live television broadcasts of such matches to the holders of
Season Tickets. The terms and conditions of such access will be
separately notified at the time the access arrangements are advised.
Season Ticket holders shall not be entitled to a refund in the event
that they are unable to attend matches at the Stadium due to
Governmental or regulatory restrictions.
e.
In
the event of an all ticket match being postponed for any reason subject
to the provisions of the Ground Regulations the ticket will be valid on
any postponed date.
f.
All
children entering the Stadium must pay for admission and hold a valid
ticket; under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.
g.
Unauthorised
persons are not permitted to enter upon the trackside, field of play or
any other place specified by the Club or Police.
h.
With
the exception of authorised Media representative holding accreditation
issued by the Club, the taking of photographs or filming by any means
inside the Stadium is prohibited. In addition, no transmission or
reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form, or by any means,
electronic, mechanical, recording or otherwise is permitted save with a
special authorisation on writing by the Club and where appropriate, the
prior consent of The Scottish Football Association, the Scottish
Professional Football League or appropriate body.
i.
Only
persons specifically authorised in writing by the Club are permitted to
offer Newspapers, Periodicals or any other Articles for sale in the
Stadium and any charitable collection will only be permitted within the
Stadium with prior written consent of the Club.
j.
Unnecessary
noise such as from the use of radio sets and behaviour likely to cause
confusion, annoyance or nuisance of any kind, is not permitted in any
part of the Stadium.
k.
The
use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language is strictly
FORBIDDEN. Racial, sectarian, homophobic or discriminatory abuse or
chanting is also forbidden and is considered unacceptable conduct and
may result in arrest and a lifetime ban from regulated football matches.
This
applies
irrespective of where such behaviour takes place, whether at the
Stadium, another football ground or otherwise.
l.
Please
note that it is an offence punishable by law for any person to enter or
attempt to enter the Stadium:
a.
Whilst
in possession of a prohibited container which is or was capable of
holding liquid and which if thrown would be capable of causing injury to
another person.
b.
Whilst
in possession of alcohol.
c.
Whilst
drunk.
d.
Whilst
in possession of any article or substance whose main purpose is the
emission of a flare for purposes of illuminating or signalling or the
emission of smoke or a visible gas.
e.
Any
article which is a firework.
f.
All
persons entering the ground may be searched by the police or stewards.
m.
Standing
is FORBIDDEN in seated viewing areas.
n.
Banners,
or other articles which could or may be used as a weapon, to cause
annoyance, unnecessary
obstruction or
offence, are not permitted within the Stadium.
o.
All
persons entering the Stadium are admitted subject to the condition that
they may be required to submit to search to prevent prohibited articles
being brought into the Stadium which might be used to cause injury or
damage to other persons or property.
p.
Under
no circumstances is it permitted to throw any objects which may cause
injury or offence whether on to the pitch or track or otherwise.
q.
At
times, the right of admission is reserved by the Club and in general no
transfers within the Stadium are allowed. Spectators found in the wrong
area amid opposing fans may be ejected.
r.
All
persons entering the Stadium are admitted only subject to the Ground
Regulations and to the Rules and Regulations of The Scottish Football
Association and The Scottish Professional Football League. ENTRY TO THE
STADIUM SHALL BE DEEMED TO CONSITUTE UNQUALIFIED ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THESE
RULES AND REGULATIONS.
s.
The
Club reserves the right for its servants and agents and for members of
police forces to remove from the Stadium and person who does NOT COMPLY
WITH GROUND REGULATIONS AND WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS of the
FIFA/UEFA competitions or whose presence in the Stadium is or could
reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or
annoyance to other spectators.
t.
Smoking
is not permitted in any part of the Stadium. Those who do not comply
with the smoking policy will be subject to the Club�s normal
disciplinary procedures, and also place themselves liable to a fixed
penalty fine and/or criminal prosecution. The use of electronic
cigarettes is only permitted in the internal corporate areas and
internal concourses. The use of electronic cigarettes is strictly
forbidden on the seating decks.
u.
On
no account will admission be granted to a person who is subject of a
current Football Banning Order.
v.
CCTV
cameras may be in use and recordings could be used in any proceedings.
INFORMATION
You
should
be aware that in terms of a protocol with Police Scotland the details of
any arrest or detention occurring in connection with a football match
may be shared with the Club. Football Banning Orders may be imposed on
individuals who infringe these rules.
